Mediation is a way of resolving conflicts without resorting to the courts. We help the parties find their own solutions. Mediation can be used for a family conflict: separation, divorce, custody of minors, care of the elderly, etc., whether married or in a de facto union; for conflicts between co-owners; for conflicts between partners, in short, to solve any type of conflict.

The parties explain their concerns and needs in the presence of an impartial mediator who helps them explore possible options and create proposals acceptable to both. The parties can be advised by their lawyers at all times in the mediation process.
